From the moment you drive down the dead end road you can see how quiet and private this villa will be. No passers-by in vehicles or on foot. Only people coming to the villa, venture this far down the road. The security gate opens up to the well maintained and laid out grounds, that have watering system built in and are designed for easy maintenance. There is a double garage and storeroom.
The house itself is South facing and the pool is sited so as to get the sun for the whole day. The separate changing area for the pool has shower and w/c plus plenty of storage for pool side chairs and sun loungers etc. Also outside is further storage and work room plus dog kennel. The beautifully laid out orchard has a whole variety of fruits, including, oranges, lemons, figs, dates a grape vine and even papaya and mangoes!

The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that also has access from the main hallway. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes . There is also a guest w/c in the hall area.
The spacious and modern fully fitted kitchen, leads out onto the rear covered terrace, again with plenty of room for outside dining.
There is a built in BBQ and this is where the satellite TV dish is sited.
