The Costa Blanca benefits from over 300 days of sun per year – a typical Mediterranean sub-tropical climate. Here, you can wake up to clear blue skies and warm sunshine. The region has Its own little micro climate, and benefits from the cool sea breezes in the summer, keeping it cooler than the mountainous regions inland, and yet, the temperature doesn’t fall too low in winter due to the protection of the surrounding mountains and the sea.

The area has very little rain and the climate promotes health – in fact the World Health Organisation rated it as the healthiest region to live! The climate is especially beneficial to people who suffer from respiratory difficulties, Skin problems and joint aches and pains such as those associated with rheumatism and arthritis.
